Equivalency Determination Certification

NAYA Kenya received the Equivalency Determination Certification from NGO Source in the US. Our licence is valid till July 31, 2026.

As an organisation, we have successfully undergone vetting and are now recognised as a public charity that is organised, allowed to receive and utilise funds in accordance with the guidelines set by the U.S. tax authorities.

We look forward to the new funding opportunities this certificate will bring us, so we can continue the work we do in our communities.
